any single tenant building located in any zoned district, which has been unoccupied by a tenant for a period of Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) consecutive days and the structures and grounds are not being maintained as per this Ordinance, or any multi-tenant building, located in any zoned district, which has been fully or partially unoccupied by a tenant or tenants for a period of Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) consecutive days and the structures and grounds are not being maintained as per the current Zoning Ordinance. |
