the relinquishment of property or a cessation of the use of the property for a continuous period of at least one hundred eighty (180) days by the owner with no action taken to either transfer the rights to the property to another owner or to resume the use of the property. Dwellings offered on the market for sale shall not be considered as abandoned. |
